Custom Invitation Ordering Faqs
A lot of time, planning, hard work, and emotional committment goes into each of our custom invitation projects. To help make the design and production process run as smoothly as possible, please keep the following information in mind:

1.Design Consultation - Please schedule a consultation appointment 1-6 months before you anticipate delivery of your order as production times vary according to individual design, detail, time of year, and current number of scheduled projects.  In your consultation, we will become acquainted with you and the details of your event, and will work with you to design an invitation set that includes the main invitation and any other stationery items such as direction cards, informal notes, escort cards, menus, programs, and favor tags.

2. Estimate / Service Contract - After meeting with you, we will email a detailed estimate and service contract outlining the design timeline based on what was discussed during your consultation. A signed copy of your estimate and contract, and a 50% deposit is required to schedule your project and begin the design process.

3. The Design Process - During the design process, you will receive digital drafts (proofs) of the various components of your invitation suite. Your proofs are a tangible expression of design ideas and specific details we discussed in your initial consultation and serve as a tool for fine tuning your wording, fonts and layout. Once you receive your proof set, you will be able to email back with your comments and change requests, and we will send a revised proof set to you. On average, the design process takes 2-8 weeks and approximately 3 rounds of proofs depending on the complexity of your order and the number of requested revisions.

4. Printing / Assembly - When all changes have been made, a final proof set will be emailed to you. We want your order to be perfect, so please check carefully for spelling and content accuracy. A signed copy of each proof draft indicating your final approval and final payment must be received before printing can begin. On average print production and assembly take 2-8 weeks from the time of proof approval depending on the complexity of your project.

5. Delivery - Once printing and assembly are complete, we personally inspect each invitation to make sure it passes our high standards of quality and attention to detail before your invitation order is packaged. Your completed order is then ready to be hand delivered locally or shipped via UPS or FedX anywhere within the continental United States.

Catalog Item Customization
Catalog invitations & stationery can be ordered exactly as shown or can be customized with your own wording and choice of ink color and font. Many of our catalogs offer instant online proofing of your verse, imprint, color and typestyle selections so you can see what your item will look like before you place your order.

Catalog Production Time
Most of our catalog items will ship in approximately 3-10 business days from the time you place your order.  Proofs and hand processed orders add an additional 2-5 business days to production time. Production time may be longer during busy wedding and holiday seasons, so please order early!

Shipping Time
Please remember that shipping time is in addition to production time. Depending on where you are located, this will mean an additional 2-7 business days for your order to arrive once it has shipped. Faster shipping service is available upon request. Most delivery services cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address. Please provide a street mailing address when placing your order. Expedited shipping options are available.

Catalog Guarantee Policy
We guarantee your catalog order will be printed exactly as you order it, and as quickly as possible.  It is our goal to provide the finest quality products, quick turn-around, personal service, expert advice, and accurate attention to every detail of your catalog order. If you have a special request or need to clarify how to print your order, please contact us. Orders placed online without additional instructions will be typeset and printed according to best etiquette standards and overall appearance. In the event of a manufacturing or printing error, we will work with the manufacturer to correct the problem and reprint free of charge.

Proofs
We offer a free online preview system for most of our products and PDF proofs are available for $7.50 each for all of our product lines. To request a proof for an online order, please email your order confirmation number along with with your proof request.
